## Description

Micron Technology is hiring a full-time SoC Design Engineer for its Heterogeneous Integration Group to design and integrate RTL for HBM logic-die SoC blocks, integrate internal and third-party IP, support SoC integration and silicon bring-up, and collaborate with product, test, manufacturing, and other engineering teams. The role requires an electrical or computer engineering degree, at least three years of related experience, RTL/SoC integration expertise, RTL-to-GDS flow knowledge, EDA tool familiarity, and scripting experience. The US base salary range is $121,000 to $247,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
