## Description

ValidaTek is seeking a Tier 2 Helpdesk Lead CAB Manager for Tech Control to oversee help desk operations supporting a large Department of Defense IT infrastructure program. The role manages day-to-day system support, ticket resolution, customer service, helpdesk standards, process optimization, team leadership, and communication with leadership and stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of help desk support experience in a DoD IT environment, knowledge of Tech Control equipment and networking, incident and service-request management, an HDI Support Center Manager or equivalent certification, a current TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
