## Description

GDIT is hiring a Help Desk Technician for a customer-site role in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The position provides technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, systems hardware, software, system/application access, and telecommunications systems; resolves customer queries through telephone or self-service tickets; diagnoses problems using historical records; routes issues to specialists; and maintains support databases. It is onsite, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and offers an hourly rate of $26.83–$33.18 plus benefits.
