## Description

Triangular Group is hiring an HR employee to professionalize and support HR administration in a growing security-sector organization. The role manages onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding; maintains personnel files; processes HR-system changes; supports payroll and timekeeping; answers employee and manager questions; monitors probation and evaluation processes; and prepares HR reports. The position is based at the Heerle office, with hybrid administrative work possible by agreement, and requires several years of HR administrative experience, payroll and timekeeping experience, MS365 and Excel proficiency, and strong Dutch communication skills.
