## Description

The Manager of Consumer Insights – Fruity Candy, North America will lead the consumer and human intelligence agenda for the Fruity Confections portfolio, translating consumer, shopper, category, cultural, and marketplace insights into business strategy, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Innovation, Strategy, Finance, and Global teams; manages external research agencies and budgets; and ensures insights are activated across brand, innovation, portfolio, communications, and business decisions. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, marketing, strategy, or a related discipline are required.
