## Description

Ivy Tech Community College is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator for its Indianapolis Downtown Campus. The role supports the employee lifecycle through I-9 and employment authorization compliance, onboarding and orientation, employee verification, HR transactions, confidential recordkeeping, reporting, and employee engagement. The Coordinator serves as a frontline resource for employees and supervisors, applies HR policies, resolves routine matters, and escalates complex issues. An associate degree or technical/industry certification with substantial related experience is required, or three to five years of relevant human resources or administrative experience in lieu of the degree. The position pays $18.50–$22.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
