## Description

Flex-N-Gate is hiring a part-time Human Resources Intern to support HR executives and department projects, conduct system audits, test new systems, document benefits procedures, perform data entry and research, prepare HR reports, and track project priorities and deadlines. The role requires computer proficiency, HRIS and benefits-database experience, analytical and communication skills, knowledge of benefits contract language and employee-benefits regulations, and enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or a related field, or employee benefits administration experience. Benefits include medical, dental, prescription, vision, life, disability, flexible spending account, 401(k) matching, training, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays and vacation.
