## Description

BEI Construction is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations at its corporate headquarters in Alameda, California. The role manages recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee records, training, employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, leaves, terminations, and workforce planning; it also leads and develops the Human Resources Administrator. The position requires at least five years of progressive human resources experience, strong knowledge of California employment practices, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office. Compensation is $130,000 to $175,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) contribution, bonus opportunity, and paid leave.
