## Description

The Human Resources Manager serves as a business partner to local management and the Area Director, managing human resources functions for assigned divisions. Responsibilities include staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, employee information, investigations, audits, succession planning, talent management, and coaching managers and employees. The role may require travel up to 60% and may oversee other human resources or administrative staff. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least three years of directly applicable human resources experience are required.
