The Human Resources System Coordinator administers, maintains, and optimizes a township Human Resource Information System while supporting recruitment, onboarding, records management, data analysis, policy and compliance administration, employee training, and customer service. The role coordinates with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and external vendors; supports labor relations and retirement processing; and requires on-site work during scheduled hours. It is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible HR or HRIS experience, or an associate’s degree and seven years of experience, along with a valid driver’s license.
