# Implementation Specialist at Reputation

## Description

The Implementation Specialist will provide technical onboarding and advanced configuration for new and existing enterprise SaaS customers on Reputation’s reputation management platform. Responsibilities include provisioning and deprovisioning client tenants, configuring trial and specialized programs, assessing data quality, troubleshooting complex technical issues, reproducing bugs, documenting issues, and supporting internal teams and customers. The role requires at least two years of specialized technical support or implementation experience, HTML and basic scripting knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
