## Description

DMA is hiring participants for an Indirect Tax Development Program, a 12–18-month entry-level opportunity in either Transaction Tax Compliance or Property Tax Compliance. Participants will process tax returns and filings, prepare payments and reconciliations, monitor jurisdictional notices, maintain client data, and respond to client and jurisdictional inquiries. The program includes training, mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and advancement opportunities. Applicants must be current college students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; related internship experience is preferred, and the role is on-site.
