## Description

The role supports Workday’s enterprise software applications, integrations, Salesforce platform, and related infrastructure through application, database, network, and integration troubleshooting; incident resolution; root-cause analysis; automation of service requests; trend analysis; and process improvement. It requires at least five years of enterprise software application development experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, and deep knowledge of enterprise integrations, with Workday Integration Administrator certification and source-to-pay or procure-to-pay experience preferred. The position follows a flexible hybrid model requiring at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field.
