## Description

GDIT is hiring a Help Desk Technician IV in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, to provide enterprise IT support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. The role handles hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues; installs and configures software; assists with account access; maintains IT assets; documents solutions; and escalates complex issues. It requires a Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph, US citizenship, an associate degree, 5+ years of related experience, remote-access technical skills, and a CompTIA Security+ certification within three months of start. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with less than 10% travel, and offers an estimated hourly rate of $34.00 to $46.00.
