## Description

The Lead Technical Support Engineer provides higher-level technical support for equipment software and hardware, investigates and resolves complex problems, coordinates equipment conversion projects, recommends hardware and software upgrades, trains Field Service Engineers, develops service bulletins and knowledge-base articles, and collaborates with programmers and vendors. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a U.S. Department of State security clearance, up to 50% domestic travel, and at least four years of mechatronics support experience plus two to four years of electro-mechanical experience. Compensation is $38.46–$39.66 per hour, and the posting is full-time and internal to current GETNA employees.
