## Description

The IT Desktop Support Technician will provide onsite, long-term contract field support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals in Breda, Netherlands. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, networks, cabling, and peripheral equipment; administering Windows, macOS, and Linux systems; analyzing repeat calls; managing problems; and supporting customers and management. The position requires 2–3 years of IT infrastructure field support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and preferably an associate degree in electronics and CompTIA A+ certification.
