## Description

BETA Technologies is hiring an IT Help Desk Lead to provide hands-on leadership for frontline technology support across its facilities. The role coordinates incident intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, coverage, and cross-functional resolution; provides advanced troubleshooting for endpoints, operating systems, identity and access, productivity platforms, printers, audio/video, networking, and business applications; and leads end-user lifecycle, documentation, knowledge-base, and process-improvement work. It is a full-time, primarily on-site role based at the Production Facility with regular support across BETA facilities and occasional travel, requiring 3+ years of relevant IT support experience and strong Windows, macOS, Linux, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
