## Description

The IT PC Refresh Support Tech will support a PC hardware refresh deployment by installing and configuring refreshed hardware and endpoint software, deploying accessories, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printing, and application issues, providing Level 2 end-user support, documenting incidents and requests, and escalating unresolved issues. The role may require after-hours emergency support and requires 1–2 years of customer support experience, computer-system installation experience, service-desk software experience, Windows and Mac OS experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
