## Description

Roche is hiring an IT Processes & Operations Improvement and Implementation Specialist to independently manage medium-to-large technology and process initiatives in heavy infrastructure, platform, and engineering environments. The role covers strategy and execution, operational intelligence, Lean Six Sigma improvement, ITIL and IT4IT governance, data management, software quality and compliance, and stakeholder management. It requires delivery-management experience, process-improvement expertise, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, ITIL familiarity, and data-management skills. The position follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance on average two days per week, with a Warsaw-based salary range of 170,100.00 PLN to 315,900.00 PLN plus a discretionary annual bonus.
