## Description

HelloConnect is hiring an AI Support Engineer to own the support queue for Claude Enterprise, Gemini, and Slack AI; triage escalations, diagnose and resolve issues, guide users through connector and data-source approvals, support the Enterprise AI Marketplace rollout, maintain a knowledge base, and assist with user onboarding and AI rollouts. The role requires 2–4 years of IT support or technical helpdesk experience, familiarity with relevant AI platforms, strong documentation and escalation skills, English fluency, and APAC business-hour availability. The position is remote and offers medical coverage, leave benefits, life insurance, learning support, and other perks.
