## Description

The IT Support Specialist provides onsite Level 2 technical support for nVent offices, serving as the primary IT contact for employees and business leaders. The role covers desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting; Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows support; Smart Hands infrastructure, network, server, security, and conference room technology support; incident and service request management; device lifecycle and asset management; and cybersecurity compliance. The position requires an associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, at least three years of corporate IT support experience, and experience supporting offices with 100 or more employees. Compensation is $23.90–$44.40 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision plans available to eligible full-time employees.
