## Description

The IT Service Desk Analyst provides end-user technical support for PCs, servers, hardware, software, networks, and related applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving incidents, installing and configuring computers and peripherals, administering user accounts and PBX systems, managing service-desk queues, maintaining knowledge and configuration databases, providing user training, and supporting manufacturing-floor activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience, A+ certification, Microsoft application knowledge, customer service and communication skills, and the ability to understand network and system architecture.
