## Description

LIKSI is hiring a Full-Stack Tech Lead to work on Java back-end and React front-end web applications across the entire technical stack. The role involves developing, testing, maintaining, and optimizing applications; leading architecture, code quality, CI/CD, code reviews, and pair programming; making foundational project decisions; and mentoring team members. The position is based in the Niort area, with clients' sites in Niort two days per week and the Nantes office at least once or twice per month, and offers two days of remote work per week. Candidates need a Master's degree and six years of full-stack Java/React development experience, along with prior technical leadership experience.
