## Description

Protecht is hiring a Key Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of enterprise and named accounts in the APAC region. The role focuses on upselling and cross-selling, account planning, renewals, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales. Candidates need enterprise SaaS account-management experience, senior-stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiation skills, and strong communication; familiarity with Salesforce, ERM tools, customer success software, and Apollo is a bonus, as is experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, financial services, or regulated industries.
