## Description

The employer is hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager for its Planetary Nutrition team in the Essen area to lead the end-to-end transformation of hospital catering toward sustainable meal supply. The role manages Cook & Chill food production, quality, hygiene, safety, profitability, and process optimization; develops recipes and production processes; coordinates with nutrition experts and project teams; trains kitchen staff; and maintains a digital recipe and production database. Candidates need cook vocational training, operational leadership experience, Cook & Chill and HACCP knowledge, strong German skills, and ideally additional catering qualifications. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, regular Monday-to-Friday hours, and market-competitive compensation.
