## Description

The Lead Cook I prepares and presents cafeteria menu items to Quest standards, follows preparation lists, assists with kitchen operations, performs bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, cleaning, cold prep, salad and grab-and-go production, and serves food on the hot line. The role also follows HACCP and food-safety guidelines and receives and stores kitchen deliveries. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid sick time, holidays, free meals, and other benefits listed.
