## Description

PCA Arlington is hiring a Lead Person to train and oversee production team members, support supervisors, lead daily start-up meetings, enforce safety compliance, monitor quality and production goals, troubleshoot machines, coach a three-person team, and serve as a backup to the shift supervisor. The role requires safety leadership, basic computer and spreadsheet skills, dependability, attendance reliability, and flexibility to rotate shifts.
