## Description

Motive is hiring a Lead Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end compliance function for its commercial lending and spend-management business, including AML/BSA, sanctions, KYC/KYB, and lending-compliance programs. The role will develop policies and controls, manage issuing-bank and card-network relationships, lead audits and remediation, embed compliance into new products and markets, monitor regulatory changes, and build the compliance function as it scales. The position reports to the Head of Risk, Financial Products, and requires at least eight years of relevant compliance, audit, or risk-management experience, including multi-jurisdictional experience in Canada and the United Kingdom or European Union.
