## Description

simplee is hiring a Lead Customer Excellence & Operations to lead a four-person team responsible for customer and user support for energy solutions. The role covers customer journey management, service quality, KPI monitoring, operational processes, CRM/ERP and billing-system usage, incident analysis, and the development of scalable operations and support models. It also includes leading and coaching the team, planning resources, and contributing to new energy-solution operations. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of leadership experience, and preferably experience in customer excellence and operations within energy, real estate, or infrastructure.
