## Description

VERSANT Media is hiring a Data Product Engineering Lead to manage a distributed or offshore engineering team and deliver scalable, governed data products from source ingestion through the Silver layer of an enterprise data platform. The role covers data engineering, cloud and lakehouse platforms, ELT/ETL pipelines, data quality, observability, lineage, security, documentation, and delivery operating-model leadership. Candidates need at least 8 years of data, software, or data-platform experience, including 2+ years leading engineers or technical workstreams, along with strong SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark, and enterprise data-platform expertise.
