## Description

The Lead Developer will extend Unreal Engine's Gauntlet framework and build test infrastructure, including harnesses, telemetry, reporting, input simulation, AI-driven test agents, and performance telemetry. The role leads a small engineering team, codes alongside them, partners with technical directors and studio leads, manages technical risks and tradeoffs, and proactively reduces technical debt. Candidates need deep Unreal Engine and C++ expertise, experience with engine-level test automation, and at least five years of hands-on experience across engine versions.
