## Description

2K is hiring a Lead Developer - Tools to lead a team of developers building products and tools across game engines, pipelines, DCC, web, data systems, and AI-enabled solutions. The role partners with directors, product managers, and studio partners to solve complex pipeline inefficiencies, plans and estimates technical initiatives, maintains pipeline software, and establishes code review and professional development standards. Candidates should have extensive experience across relevant domains, leadership and mentoring experience, proficiency in languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and C++, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
