## Description

TTEC is hiring a Lead Development Representative for outbound B2B work in Tempe, Arizona. The role is hybrid and focused on warm-lead outbound consultation with small and mid-market business clients, using consultative conversation, negotiation, and sales skills to identify needs, recommend tailored solutions, and help close larger deals. Candidates need at least one year of call center experience, outbound dialing or calling experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort using computers and multiple software screens. The position pays a base wage starting at $18.50 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities and includes benefits that may cover PTO, tuition reimbursement, and health and wellness incentives.
