## Description

CoverGo is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical vision and execution of its enterprise-grade insurance SaaS platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with engineering leadership, including mentoring engineers, guiding architecture and standards, driving AI integration, managing technical debt, and supporting security and compliance.
