## Description

Comscore is hiring a Lead IT Services & Support Engineer to anchor its IT Services & Support team in Pune. The role owns APAC and EMEA-hours service-desk work, serves as the senior Okta administrator for a 2,000+ user tenant, partners on platform architecture, escalates support issues, approves access requests, maintains SOPs and runbooks, reports queue health, and provides follow-the-sun coverage during APAC business hours. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of enterprise IT support or systems administration experience, two and a half years of team-lead experience, and deep hands-on experience with Okta, JIRA Service Management, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management tools.
