## Description

Sedgman Prudentia is hiring a Lead Process Engineer for its Minerals Processing Brownfields team in Brisbane or Adelaide. The role leads engineering projects from concept through execution, develops process deliverables, coordinates work programs and equipment procurement, guides multidiscipline design teams, manages internal and external stakeholders, and supports junior engineers. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience, a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, SYSCAD experience, experience across multiple engineering phases and multidiscipline projects, professional engineering registration in an Australian jurisdiction, and the ability to lead a small team.
