## Description

NBCUniversal is hiring a Lead Rendering Programmer to define, build, and guide Unreal Engine–based rendering technology for an AAA title. The role leads rendering architecture and complex rendering systems, collaborates with Art, Tech Art, Engine, Gameplay, and Production, mentors programmers, optimizes performance and scalability, supports production planning, and debugs rendering issues involving shaders, materials, lighting, GPU performance, and engine integration. Candidates need expert C++ proficiency, at least 8 years of game programming experience with shipped AAA Unreal Engine titles, deep Unreal rendering pipeline knowledge, and experience leading or mentoring programmers.
