## Description

FICO is hiring a Senior/Lead Incident Response Engineer to lead defensive security operations, own the full incident lifecycle, and build organizational readiness through tabletop exercises and cross-team collaboration. The role includes developing IR plans, playbooks, and runbooks; partnering with threat intelligence, SOC, and engineering; supporting digital forensics and cloud security investigations; and applying AI and automation to incident response workflows. Candidates need enterprise incident response experience, forensics and AWS cloud security knowledge, and at least one relevant certification. The role offers a base salary of $136,500 to $214,500 and is remote.
