## Description

Genesys is hiring a remote Lead Software Engineer for its CRM and Integrations team to build, support, and operate scalable, secure, cloud-based integrations and services. The role focuses on CRM and third-party integrations, distributed systems, REST APIs, web UI frameworks, AWS infrastructure, automated testing, reliability, incident response, and AI-assisted development. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, and hands-on experience with CRM platforms and APIs, modern JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, distributed systems, authentication, WebRTC, and continuous deployment practices.
