## Description

Marsh Corporate is hiring a Tech Lead for its Client Analytics & Technology team at Mercer, based in London on a hybrid arrangement requiring at least two office days per week. The role leads end-to-end delivery of analytics and technology products, including backend and integration architecture, secure role-based applications, AI/ML opportunities, quality and release governance, and distributed engineering leadership across London and India. Candidates need team-management experience, production software delivery experience, strong backend engineering skills, stakeholder partnership experience in a financial firm, and agile delivery experience; pensions covenant, Python, modern web stacks, GenAI, and database experience are preferred.
