## Description

The Lead UI Technical Designer will own and evolve scalable in-game UI systems using Unreal Engine, Blueprints, UMG, and related technologies. The role involves designing and optimizing dynamic widgets, menus, animations, materials, and data flows; translating UX designs into performant in-engine implementations; collaborating with designers, artists, engineers, and other teams; establishing UI architecture and workflows; and mentoring technical designers and contributing to hiring and onboarding. The position is full-time, with California base pay of $155,600 to $230,300 per year and hybrid work arrangements.
