## Description

Citi is hiring a Lead Web3 Engineer to build and maintain the backend of its Citi Integrated Digital Assets Platform. The role focuses on enterprise Java, blockchain integrations, smart contracts, APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing, security, testing, and collaboration within an Agile delivery team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, extensive software development experience, and strong backend web development expertise; Web3, financial services, Solidity, and DevOps experience are advantageous. The position is based in Citi London with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and includes medical care, life insurance, a performance bonus, pension, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
