## Description

The Level 3 Managed Services Engineer will provide advanced technical support and expertise for Microsoft-based systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and other Office 365 products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, administering systems, managing backups and disaster recovery, conducting root-cause analysis, documenting procedures, supporting DevOps automation, participating in infrastructure upgrades and migrations, implementing Conditional Access and MFA in Azure, and collaborating with clients and support teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent MCSE certification, strong hands-on Microsoft technology experience, prior IT consulting or managed services experience, and leadership capability in a managed services, client, or project environment.
