## Description

The Lifesharing Coordinator connects individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to Lifesharing provider homes, supports person-centered planning and successful transitions, trains providers, monitors safety and regulatory compliance, coordinates community resources, and maintains documentation. The role is based in the Lehigh Valley region with a primary office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and includes community-based work, administrative duties, on-call coverage, and possible after-hours direct care. Candidates must meet education and experience requirements, hold a valid US driver’s license, and pass background checks and physical examinations. The position offers a hybrid remote work option subject to policy and supervisor approval, with an hourly rate starting at $21.50 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
