## Description

Apple is hiring a Linux Kernel Engineer to own the kernel lifecycle from CI infrastructure and automated validation through driver enablement, debugging, hardware qualification, and production releases. The role partners with platform, infrastructure, and SRE teams to ensure stable, observable, and scalable kernel systems, while developing CI/CD pipelines, investigating regressions and crashes, porting and maintaining device drivers, and improving kernel quality and release discipline. The position requires Linux kernel or low-level system software experience, kernel debugging and tuning expertise, C programming, CI/CD experience, and familiarity with RHEL-based Linux environments.
