## Description

Banyan Software is hiring an M&A Analyst to support a high-volume, technology-focused corporate development and private-equity-style M&A team. The role covers deal origination, financial and operational due diligence, valuation and analysis, investment memoranda, board approvals, integration strategy, and coordination with legal, technology, human resources, and tax teams.
