## Description

Coinbase is hiring an IC4 Machine Learning Engineer to build and improve the orchestration layer for a hybrid vendor-internal chatbot experience. The role involves developing production-grade Python services, managing state transitions, context sharing, and intent routing across LLM frameworks, driving ML projects from design through delivery, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders on secure, scalable AI-enabled products. Candidates need at least two years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, production ML service experience, familiarity with modern AI architectures and tools, strong Python skills, and knowledge of at least one domain such as NLP, information retrieval, computer vision, or statistical modeling.
