## Description

Trace3 is hiring a Managed Services Engineer to provide hands-on Tier I technical support and white-glove field service for a single client in a niche industry. The role is 100% onsite in Allen, Texas, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and covers end-user support, ticket management, network infrastructure, Microsoft Intune and Entra, VMware virtualization, Windows servers, and issue escalation. Candidates need an associate degree in information technology or a related field, or at least two years of service desk or IT support experience, along with experience with Zendesk, Meraki or similar networking, Microsoft technologies, VMware, and Windows server roles. The position offers an estimated base salary of $58,000 to $65,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
