## Description

Deckers Brands is hiring a Brand Experience Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of brand experiences and events across EMEA for UGG. Reporting to the Head of PR, the role covers event concepts, consumer engagement, cross-functional and external partner collaboration, logistics, venue and vendor management, budgeting, guest experience, performance reporting, and insights. The position requires event planning, strategic execution, project management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills, with experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or a similar consumer-focused industry advantageous.
