## Description

Snap Inc. is hiring a Manager, Business Development for China to lead the strategy and execution of engagement with new acquisition advertisers in the region. The role manages a growing business development team, drives revenue from small and mid-sized advertisers, oversees sales operations and campaign performance, collaborates with product, marketing, measurement, creative, and operations teams, and improves forecasting, reporting, quota setting, and team structure. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years in sales, account management, or marketing including one year in leadership, digital advertising experience, Mandarin and English bilingual ability, and familiarity with China’s digital advertising ecosystem. The role follows a default-together approach and expects team members to work in an office at least four days per week.
